Cancellation Policy

At Crossover Lifestyle, we aim to provide a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your door. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a straightforward cancellation process.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To ensure the cancellation is processed in time, please contact us within 2–4 hours of placing your order.

  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and then follow our Returns & Exchange process.

2. How to Cancel

Please include your Order ID in your message to help us process the request faster.

3. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: If you have already paid, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No payment is required for canceled COD orders.

4. Order Modifications

If you need to change your delivery address or switch to a different product, please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been packed, we’ll be happy to make those changes for you.

5. Important Note

Frequent refusals of COD orders at the doorstep without prior communication may lead to the permanent removal of the Cash on Delivery option for your future orders.
