Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased from Crossover Lifestyle are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Faulty or Defective Items: The item is faulty, damaged, or defective when delivered.

  • Incorrect Orders: The item does not match the product description or is different from what you ordered.


Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Incorrect Products: If we send you a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Crossover Lifestyle will bear all shipping charges for the return and replacement.

  • Change of Mind: For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the item back to us.
